Police wanted woman for violence on Brooklyn subway

Earlier this month, a female passenger was hit on the head with a metal water bottle by an unknown woman after an argument on the Brooklyn subway, causing a laceration on her head. The suspect is still at large, and the police are calling on those with information to provide information to assist in the investigation.
According to the 62nd Precinct and the 34th Precinct of the Metro, at 1 p.m. on the 5th of this month, a 56-year-old female passenger was approached by an unknown woman while riding the D line train in the direction of Coney Island, passing through the 59th Street subway station in Bay Ridge and Sunset Park. After the woman had an argument with the passenger, she hit the female passenger on the head with a metal bottle, causing a laceration on her head.
The perpetrator then fled the subway station and walked to a southbound R line train and disappeared. The victim was treated by emergency personnel on the spot and her injuries were stable and did not need to be sent to the hospital.
The police are currently looking for the woman involved in the case. According to the surveillance footage, the woman has light skin, long black hair, and wears black-framed glasses. When she committed the crime that day, she was wearing a light orange sleeveless top, blue shorts, white sneakers, and carrying a beige canvas bag.
