The New York City Police Department (NYPD) reported on the 19th that a Chinese suspect, Tsui Kenneth, who was suspected of sexually harassing the opposite sex and exposing himself on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, was arrested in the Upper East Side. Tsui Kenneth was charged with three counts, including sexual assault and forced touching.

According to the police, Tsui Kenneth is 27 years old and his home address is in the Bensonhurst area of ​​Brooklyn. He is suspected of approaching a 17-year-old woman from behind near the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 48th Street in Manhattan in the afternoon of June 8 this year, and squeezed her buttocks through the victim’s clothes with his genitals. After the victim found out, she turned around and found that Tsui Kenneth had exposed his genitals. After being discovered, Tsui Kenneth fled the scene on foot, and the case did not cause any casualties.

The police reported that Tsui Kenneth will be charged with three counts of continuous sexual assault, forced touching and sexual assault.
