ICE raids California marijuana farm, arrests 200 undocumented residents

Federal agents clashed with protesters on the 10th when they executed criminal search warrants to raid marijuana farms in Carpinteria and Camarillo in Southern California. Federal agents used tear gas and other non-lethal ammunition to disperse the crowd. Immigration authorities said on the 11th that a total of 200 suspected illegal immigrants were arrested during the raids on the two farms. The Department of Homeland Security said four U.S. citizens were arrested for “assaulting or resisting law enforcement officers.”
