A noodle restaurant in Shanghai was found to be reselling leftover noodles from customers

Beijing News: On July 4, the Huangpu District Market Supervision Bureau issued a situation report. Today, the Huangpu District Market Supervision Bureau paid attention to relevant media reports such as “a noodle restaurant in Shanghai was exposed to reselling leftover noodles from customers” and immediately organized law enforcement personnel to conduct an investigation.
After preliminary investigation, the noodle restaurant involved in the report is Shanghai Yingzhong Snack Shop. The bureau has filed a case for investigation against it for suspected violation of the relevant provisions of the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”. At present, the noodle restaurant has suspended business.
The bureau will deal with it according to the law based on the investigation results, urge businesses to fulfill their main responsibility for food safety, and jointly protect the safety of citizens’ tongues.
