Does China plan to recognize the Afghan interim government?

AFP reporter asked, on July 3, local time, Russia announced its formal recognition of the Afghan interim government, becoming the first country to formally recognize the Afghan interim government. What is China’s comment on this? Does China have the same plan?
Mao Ning said that first of all, China welcomes the new development of relations between Russia and the Afghan interim government. As a traditional friendly neighbor of Afghanistan, China has always believed that Afghanistan should not be excluded from the international community. China supports the international community to strengthen contacts and exchanges with the Afghan interim government, encourages it to actively respond to the concerns of the international community, jointly help Afghanistan achieve reconstruction and development, support Afghanistan in combating violent terrorist forces, and make positive contributions to regional peace, stability and prosperity.
Mao Ning pointed out that no matter how the internal and external situation in Afghanistan changes, China-Afghanistan diplomatic relations have never been interrupted. After the establishment of the Afghan interim government, the diplomatic institutions of both sides in each other’s countries have maintained normal operation, playing a positive role in promoting the development of bilateral relations. China will continue to pursue a friendly foreign policy for all Afghan people and support exchanges and cooperation between China and Afghanistan in various fields.
