Israeli Foreign Minister: Israel is interested in establishing diplomatic relations with Syria and Lebanon

Israeli media Jerusalem Post reported on the 30th that Israeli Foreign Minister Saar said on the same day that Israel is interested in establishing formal diplomatic relations with Syria and Lebanon, but will not discuss the Golan Heights issue in any peace agreement. Israel has annexed the Golan Heights from Syria.

Several Hebrew media reported on the 26th that after Israel and Iran ceasefire on the 24th, US President Trump is urging Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to end the war between Israel and the Palestinian armed group Hamas. The agreement has allowed Muslim countries such as the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain to establish diplomatic relations with Israel.

The Times of Israel reported on the 29th that a US official and an Arab diplomat familiar with the matter said that Demer will face pressure from the Trump administration when he visits Washington to discuss ending the Gaza war.
