According to the Iranian Tasnim News Agency on the 23rd, a man who was in charge of managing a cyber espionage organization in Iran under the command of the Israeli Intelligence and Special Service (Mossad) was hanged in accordance with the law on the same day.

The report said that this man was named Mohammed Amin Mahdavi Shayest, the head of a cyber group affiliated with Mossad, which mainly carried out public opinion attacks on members of the Iranian armed forces through social media and messaging platforms.

In addition, this man also formed a field collaboration network, leading the group to perform tasks such as filming sensitive locations, sending threatening packages to target persons, and harassing action targets. The Iranian security agency gradually took control of the network, and then this man and some of his accomplices were successfully identified and arrested.

The day before, Iran also executed a spy who worked for the Israeli Intelligence and Special Service (Mossad). The spy was named Musaibi, who provided confidential information to Mossad during his cooperation with it, including detailed information on some sensitive areas and target persons, and was paid.

Iran’s Fars News Agency quoted the head of the intelligence department of the Qom Provincial Police on the 21st as saying that since June 13, 22 people have been arrested for “having connections with Israeli spy agencies.”

According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency on the 20th, a European citizen was also arrested for espionage, but his nationality and arrest date were not disclosed.
