Thailand’s acting prime minister says it will downgrade diplomatic relations with Cambodia
On July 23rd local time, Thailand’s Acting Prime Minister Puttan issued a statement that it would downgrade the level of diplomatic relations with Cambodia, recall the Thai ambassador to Cambodia, expel the Cambodian ambassador from the country, and has instructed the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs to submit a letter of protest.
