The witness said that the fire was not very big at first. Several cars in front did not stop. He saw the car on fire and rushed out of the car to save people while asking the car behind to help call the fire department. He said that the deceased was still conscious at first, but after a few explosions, he was completely burned. “I wanted to save him but couldn’t, and watched him pass away.”
