A car accident occurred in Kwun Tong. At 5:48 pm today (14th), a red minibus accidentally hit a female pedestrian when it drove to the junction of Hip Wo Street and Mut Wah Street, and the victim was rolled under the car.
Rescue personnel rushed to the scene after receiving the report, and the fire department rescued the injured. Fortunately, the 64-year-old female victim was still conscious and reported pelvic and back pain. She was sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance for treatment. She had to wear a headband, head protection pad and oxygen mask when she was sent to the hospital. The male driver involved assisted in the investigation at the scene. The police are currently investigating the cause of the car accident.
