He used “free sex” as bait to hook up with thousands of men through the Internet, and filmed the sex process and posted it online for profit. Chinese legal experts pointed out that if Jiao knew that he had AIDS or sexually transmitted diseases and deliberately had unprotected sex with an unspecified number of people, it may also involve public security crimes and may be sentenced to more than 3 years and less than 10 years in prison. If it causes serious injury, death, or major losses to public or private property, it may be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison, life imprisonment or death.
