Rome gas station explosion, fireball shoots into the sky, 35 injured, multiple police and firefighters

A gas station in the Prenestino district of Rome, Italy, exploded this morning. At least 35 people are known to be injured, including many police and firefighters.
According to foreign media reports, the explosion occurred at around 8 a.m. on July 4, local time. At that time, the gas station leaked oil when filling a tanker truck. After receiving the report, the police and firefighters arrived at the scene to evacuate the surrounding area. Unexpectedly, a large explosion occurred later, causing many police and firefighters to be injured. Fortunately, no one is in danger of life. As for the cause of the explosion, it may be caused by a tanker truck running over or hitting the oil pipeline.
When the explosion occurred, the gas station spewed out a huge fireball, and thick smoke filled the sky. The nearby houses could feel the vibration, and the residents said it was like an earthquake. Among the 35 injured, 17 are ordinary people and 18 are police and firefighters. The accident also caused vehicle damage.
